#1 Mail entry form and all fees or a $20.00 deposit to:

Make checks payable to: America's Cover Miss. We accept Money Orders, Checks and Visa/Mastercard. Checks must reach our office 7 days before the pageant If your check is returned for any reason, there will be a $25.00 charge. All Balances Must be paid at the door in CASH or MONEY ORDER.
#2 You may enter at the door the day of the pageant and pay the total fees. Just bring this form filled out and entry fee in CASH or MONEY ORDER to registration 1 hour before the pageant begins.
